For orders over R599 FCG offers free door to door courier shipping or Pargo (if you are not home to collect). Pargo is great because you can select a collection point near you and go pick it up at a time which suits you best. Even at a 24 hour participating petrol station nearby. You will receive a notification from Pargo when you can collect your parcel (see here for more info: pargo.co.za/about-us.)
Unless you have a FREE SHIPPING coupon code then if the value of your order is less than R599 we will charge you either a flat fee of R69 for delivery with Pargo to a local store near you at your convenience within 4 to 7 working days (depending on how remote your area is) or a flat fee of R79 for standard door to door courier with Fastway to anywhere in SA (2-4 days usually – add a day or two ext the more remote the area) or overnight express door to door courier for R99 to main centers with The Courier Guy for urgent orders.
You will always have the option to choose either the Pargo (collect at local retailer/store) option or our door to door courier options. Orders will usually be dispatched within 24 hours (1 business day) from our warehouse in Cape Town. We will inform you of all the details in good time including tracking details. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, in what is known as ‘the cooling off period’, for whatever reason please don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you further instructions. You should inform us of your intention (refund/exchange) within 30 days of your purchase along with your order number. Please ensure that the item/s you wish to return are in the original state in which you received them and in the original packaging in which it was received (i.e. in a state suitable for resale). Unless we have sent you the wrong item or if your item is defective, it will be your responsibility to send it back to us. For items over the value of R1000 we recommend that you insure the parcel. We can not guarantee that the parcel will reach us and can not be held responsible for goods which don’t arrive.
A defective product is a product which has a major (material) floor or imperfection which renders the product useless or unsuitable for its intended use. If this should be the case please notify us within 6 months (unless in the case of an extended manufacture’s warranty) at email@example.com. We would need you to return the defective product at our expense for inspection. Please contact us before sending so that we can arrange the delivery. After inspecting the product and at our discretion we would grant either a replacement or refund to you.
Please note that the following will not be counted as defects:
- damage due to wear and tear
- damage due to misuse of the product
- damage due to electrical surges
- damage resulting from use that is not in accordance with the manual
